The grapes, strictly hand-picked, as per tradition are pressed with their skins at a controlled temperature. The wine obtained is placed in oak-wood containers where it rests for at least 4 months and the process of malolactic fermentation is completed. The color is Intense red and it noses wild berries, spicy and a hint of pepper. The taste is round and complex, a slight mineral aftertaste, long and persistent.
