At the end of fermentation the wines were racked off the yeast lees and aged for four month prior to blending and bottling. Pale Straw in colour, lifted aromatics in the rose petal/Turkish delight spectrum. The spice element is of coriander/cinnamon. The fragrant components flow through giving way to pure tastes on the palate. The finish is rich and well rounded with fruit sweetness.
