Jurancon Domaine Nigri

Gros Manseng is fermented in temperature controlled tanks while the Petit manseng is fermented in oak barrels. The Gros Manseng is matured in a tank while the Petit Manseng is matured on fine lees in oak barrels. Aromas of honey, candied fruits, citrus with balsamic notes. Excellent balance between the roundness of the sugar and the acidity. Can be laid down for 10years keeping its fruity aromas. Due to the mixing of the two specific grape varieties of the appellation, it is a typical Jurançon full of freshness, soft and full of fruit.
