Grown by soil with shale and glacier moraines. The grape is not unclustered and not sugared. This wine is lightly pressured. The clear must is drawn off after the solid matter is settled. First fermentation realized under temperature control. No malolactic fermentation. The control of the fermentation results in a very intense floral bouquet with a hint of tangerine scent. Its powerful structure and smooth finish gives it its harmony and finesse.
