This wine was created to reflect the gTerroirh using only classic varieties of the region. Each component was vinified separately before blending in December. Use of oak was limited to ensure a style that expresses the site without being masked by wood. The wine clearly expresses the minerality and spice expected from the vineyard and it is supported by fruit and a hint of aniseed. It is naturally fresh with good palate weight and balance.
