Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked, with a portion being pressed and the remainder drained off skins immediately after harvest. The wine is bottled following fermentation and 4 months ageing on lees. Manuka smoked Atlantic salmon in color. The aroma is reminiscent of coconut rough with fruitsnotes of plum, peach and strawberries. Refreshing and bright, the balance is soft and refined with the promise of pleasant memories.
