This grape variety is grown on La Cote in the canton of Vaud, on the edge of Lake Geneva, in parcels carefully selected in the districts of Morges and Nyon. Bright color with yellow and golden glints. Intense nose of fruity, floral and spicy aromas: the fruits recall apricots, peaches and pears: the flowers hints at white and yellow flowers: the spices are reminiscent of nutmeg.
At the palate, this wine is refreshing, fruity and complex. Its sweetness and acidity are intertwined with fruit taste. Average to fine length in the mouth.
