The hand-harvested grapes are vinified according to the local tradition, which requires a long maceration of the skins at controlled temperature. The wine lees steel tanks. Aging in barrique. Intense ruby red with dark purple highlight. Elegant with black cherry and wild fruits overtones blended in black pepper note, cocoa and balsamic aromas. Well-balanced in accordance with the typical characteristic of the tannin-rich complex structure of Montepulciano wines, but soft and juicy. Aftertaste with preserve fruits nuances and a good lingering finish.
