This wine reached its maturity in oak barrels, in a 300 meters deep cave at an altitude of 1500 meters. It was then bottled. Aromas of grapefruit and citrus fruits. Gives the palate a perfect balance between the velvety, the richness and some good slightly acidic notes in the end.
