After the most diligent care of the vines, the use of only organic fertilizers, careful selection of the grapes and a long fermenting process with the skin, the wine matures for 24 months in 35hl oak barrels of Slavonia. It is further matured within the bottle for another 6 months. This wine is Garnet red in colour and has an intense, delicate smell with light scents of violet. It has a strong flavour and is rich in tannin.
