This fresh and juicy Chianti is made of 90% of Sangiovese and Sangiovese Grosso with other noble wines added to enhance the flavor and perfume without modifying its typical qualities. Medium to full-bodied it displays an intense ruby red color and with supple flavors of dried flowers. It is dry on the palate, velvety and well-balanced. The grapes are allowed to macerate for approximately two weeks in 50 hl tanks. After the racking the wine is aged for about 10/12 months partly in Slovenian oak 30 hl vats and the rest in 5 hl tonneaux.
