Pinot Noir du Valais AOC

Wine making: Strict selection in the vineyard, followed by the application of wine making techniques that combine traditional skills with the modern. An average of 10 days fermentation in tanks is necessary to obtain a good base and sufficient tannins to express the strength of this Pinot. Characteristics : Dark ruby colour. Fruity nose, with scents of small red berries and black currants. In the mouth, the tannins are well balanced and the finish is long and persistent. Storage : Drink within 5 to 7 years.
