Description: It is clean and bright pale yellow, with some green notes. It presents a high intensity, with nice aromas of citric fruits like grapefruit mixed with some tropical fruit notes, which gives a pleasant freshness on the nose. It is very fresh and young, with a good body and acidity. Its large ending invites to continue enjoying it.
Production: Estate: Santa Rosa estate. Soil: sandy. Yield: 12.000 to 14.000 Kg/ha. Posisioning:Vertical Shoot Positioning. Vineyard: Leaf removal and green harvest. Harvest: during the first week of March, with manual grape selection. Vinification: cold maceration with the skins for 5 hours at 8-10ºC. vacuum press. Fermentation: fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 15-17ºC for 25 days. natural decanted to separate the juice from the lees, stabilized with cold temperatures and bottled.
