Description: It is characterized by the aroma of fresh tropical fruits and citrus.

Production: The vineyards are located on the hillside of the Belice valley and Mazara del Vallo, in the heart of the Trapani province. Autochthone and famous grape of Sicily, thanks to the old use of this grape in the blend of the Marsala wine. Grillo is growing in the south western part of Sicily. Grapes were immediately pressed (without crushing first), and then cold macerated for 12 hours at low temperature. The juice was clarified, stored on the lees for 72 hours then fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperature between 15-16ºC. Aging on the fine lees for 4/5 months with battonage and then blended, before finishing and bottling.

Food Combination: It is an ideal accompaniment of light hors d’oeuvre and shellfish.
