Description: Golden yellow with hints of jasmine, bergamot and cinnamon in the nose with nuances of candied fruit, quince and apricot jam. In the mouth it is enveloping, powerful, supported by an excellent vein of freshness. Tasty finish, warm, fruity and persistent.

Production: The grapes, once de-stemmed and softly pressed, are placed with their skins in terracotta amphora, each one 800 lt. The “red” fermentation takes place without any added yeasts and lasts for 120 days. Aging and Refining Once malolactic fermentation has concluded, the wine is transferred and refining continues in amphora for another 3 and a half months.

Food Combination: A perfect accompaniment to seafood, desserts made with chocolate and pastries. A splendid wine that stands on its own, to be enjoyed in a meditative atmosphere.
