Description:

Production: The vineyards are located in the south-western of Sicily, in the province of Trapani. An international grape variety, that found in Sicily the ideal conditions to prosper and is nowadays widespread on the island. This consistent and full of character wine is produced with grapes which are picked by hand and processed in small stainless steel tanks. The wine is then partly aged in oak barrels, to obtain the soft tannins that made the wine a little bit more soft and modern.

Food Combination: An ideal accompaniment of spicy cheese and game meat.
