Description: Color: Deep, bright, straw yellow. Nose: Quite intense and persistent, fruity with notes of yellow fruit Taste: Full-bodied, quite well-balanced, intense and persistent.

Production: Vinification: Soft stalk-stripping and crushing. Pressing, clarification, fermentation of clean must for 20 days at 12C.

Food Combination: Starters and light main courses, white meat and young cheeses. Fantastic with fish.
