Description: It is characterized by the aroma of fresh tropical fruits supported by a nice mineral acidity.

Production: The vineyards are located on the hillside of the Belice valley and Mazara del Vallo, in the heart of the Trapani province. This place is an area which is fresh and particularly favorable for this grape. This is an international grape that in Sicily found a very interesting ambient for the aromatic varietals notes. The grapes are picked by hand and immediately pressed (without crushing first), and then cold macerated. After the clarification it is stored on the lees for and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperature between 15-16ºC. Aging on the fine lees for 4/5 months with battonage and then blended, before finishing and bottling.

Food Combination: It is an ideal accompaniment of shellfish, light risotto dishes and Mediterranean pasta dishes.
