Description: Bright ruby red color. Coffee and mocha aromas give way to subtle hints of spice and tobacco notes. Soft and fleshy with blackberry and plum flavors being most prominent. This Shiraz displays a good integration between fruit and wood, and its lingering presence suggests it to be a rewarding wine for drinking and enjoying with food. Rich and expressive, this wine has presence. The winery has been chosen as the World top 100 wineries by Wine Spectator 4 times continuously.

Production: Maturation occurred in 2nd and 3rd fill 300 liters French and American oak barrels for 10 months.

Food Combination: Sausages and cold cuts, pasta dishes with mushrooms and eggplant, hamburgers, beef-stews, hard cheese,cassoulet, quenelle.
