Description: With aromas of ripe plums, blackberries, and a touch of sandalwood, this Estate Merlot has flavors of dark fruit with a lush texture which are complemented by hints of vanilla, mocha, and a long finish. Versatile enough to pair with everything from creamy cheeses to your favorite meat.

Production: Yield:8 tons/ha, fermentation in small stainless steel tanks for 13 days at 21 degree. Malolactic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, duration 15 to 20 days at temperature 21 degree. Aging in assorted oak barrels afterwards aging in bottle for 6 months.

Food Combination: Versatile enough to pair with everything from spicy ethnic foods to your favorite barbecue. Perfect with szechuan chicken, baby back ribs, or enjoying a glass on its own.
