Description: The color is an intense red with garnet red glints. The nose offers a mix of between notes of small fruits, such as blueberries and black currants and notes of mocha and vanilla. At the palate, this wine is strong and harmonious. Its tannins are fine: it has a beautiful length and fruity final.

Production: These grape varieties are grown on La Côte in the canton of Vaud, on the edge of Lake Geneva, in parcels carefully selected in the districts of Morges and Nyon.

Food Combination: Beef fillet, grilled meat, game, cheese.
