Description: Aromas of grapefruit and other tropical fruits. In the palate a perfect balance of litheness and fullness with fine acid in the end .

Production: This wine reached its maturity in oak barriques, in a 300 meters deep cave at an altitude of 1500 meters. It was then bottled. Here the wine matures at a temperature steady all year round of 7°C.

Food Combination: It is best served as an aperitif, or with sea food and fishes, risotto, cold cuts, seafood terrine, cheese fondue, lobster, oyster and sushi.
