Description: Nose of citrus peel and white peach, underlined by an elegant touch of vanilla. Fresh and precise on the attack with saline and mineral notes. The mouth is long and generous accompanied by the exuberance of exotic fruits on a finish of magnificent complexity.

Production: The juice of the destemmed and pressed grapes is matured on the yeast in new barriques for 6 months.
The wine is then assembled and aged for another 10 months in the same oak barrels.
After a total of 16 months of aging in French barriques , the white Ambassadeur des Domaines is complete.

Food Combination: Fish & crustaceans, veal, poultry and everything that is smoked. Excellent with fried pikeperch on black beluga lentils and a beurre blanc.
