Production: Made in the Georgian traditional way, with both fermentation and aging taking place in Qvevri, with seed and skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 8-10 days followed by 14-18 days of Malolactic fermentation. The wine is then left to macerate for 6 months.
Food Combination: It matches well with salmon, cheese and salad.
