Description: Straw yellow with green reflect.　Fresh with notes of Green Bell Pepper, Basil, Grass, Lemongrass.　Fruity with an attractive minerality. Crispy taste, with a delicious and rich mouthfeel.

Production: Soft crushing of the grapes, cold static decanting, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Refined in stainless steel tanks, on fine lees, for 6 months, with weekly “batonnage”.

Food Combination: Fish, vegetables, appetizers.
