Description: Description: Bright straw yellow in color. Intense aroma of pears, tropical fruits and nuts, quite persistent and complex. Long aftertaste with typical acidity and almond note. On the palate, the wine shows zesty acidity, leaving yellow peaches, apricots and honey nuance.

Production: Soft press, must’s static settling, low temperature fermentation between 12-14 °C, lees batonnage, cold stabilization, filtration

Food Combination: Seafood, white meat, great as aperitif, grilled prawns, fried calamari, buffalo mozzarella, polpi alla luciana, paella
