Description: A rich, elegant and soft Chardonnay showing bright notes of mango combined with delicate notes of ripepears and apricots. Textured,with mineral characters on the palate and toasty biscuit note on the finish.
Production: The grapes were gently pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Following the fermentation,the wine underwent a malolactic fermentation,which softened the harsher malic acids into lactic ones,resulting in this appealling,softer style of wine. The wine was left to rest for six months on its fine lees,in stainless steel tanks which added texture and complexity whilst preserved the fruity characteristics.
