Description: Golden yellow colour. Intense scents of ripe apple and citrus fruit like lemon enriched by elegant hints of butter and smoke. To the palate it is dry, fresh, full-bodied and unctuous with ripe fruit, nuts and almonds. Lingering finish with pastry memories.

Production: Vineyard Exposure: South-East exposure Planting Density: 3000 vines per hectare Soil: Muddy, clay, good density Average yield per Ha: 5 tons Training System: Espalier Vinification : The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. After crushing, the must is fermented in in French barriques with a capacity of 2.25 hl and left to age for 3 months on its lees with weekly bâtonnage. The delicate aroma of wood interweaves with the complex structure of the wine resulting in a harmonious unity. Ageing in the bottle: 6 months
