Description: Made from 100% Chardonnay, this straw yellow, young sparkling is dry and elegant, with a complex bouquet reminiscent of the character of Chardonnay and yeast: it is elegant in flavor with a fine and persistent perlage, fruity, full in body and long. Wont damage your wallet either! Recommended as aperitif, especially during the humid Japanese summer months.

Production: Aged:10% in oak

Food Combination: Serve as aperitif with appetizers of all kinds. Shellfish, ham, crustaceans.
