Description: It’s a new style of wine with the blend of Corvina, the most important grape for the production of Amarone wine and some old varieties still existing in Valpolicella area. With Oseleta variety we obtain a wine with very deep ruby color with concentration of tannins full body and rapidity. Complex and well balanced, slightly tannic with freshness and softness.

Production: After 40 days of drying process of the three grapes and a slow fermentation in steel tank for about 25 days this fantastic wine is aged in 50% Slavonian oak barrels and 50% French barriques second year for about 13 months. Bottle fining for about 6 months.

Food Combination: Red meat and cheeses.
