Description: Color is Intense ruby red with orange highlights with aging. Fragrance is pleasant and floral with hints of fresh roses. Taste is soft, rightly tannic and harmonic.

Production: Skin contact for about 10-15 days, then maturating 50% in stainless steel tanks and 50% in oak casks.

Food Combination: Red meat, beef tartar steak, finely chopped Jidori, Jidori sashimi, olive oil, Asian dishes.
