Description: Deep ruby with shades of garnet. Persistent fragrance and elegant structure, flavors of pomegranate underlined by delicate wood tones.

Production: Made of Sangiovese and Montepulciano. long maceration with the skins (20-25 days). Aging : 2 years in Slavonian oak and further aging in bottle for 4 - 6 months.

Food Combination: Roasted and grilled meat, light blue cheese.
