Description: Dark ruby red with garnet reflection. Intense bouquet of red berries and spices with warm hints of chocolate and vanilla. Full bodied taste blended with well-balanced tannins.

Production: Harvest: hand picked in mid-October Vinification: a long maceration with the skins of 20-25 days. the wine is aged in oak barriques for 18 months and has a further 6 months in the bottle.

Food Combination: Roasted and grilled meat, chieese.
