Description: Color: Ruby red with garnet reflections. Nose: Intense, persistent and fruity (red fruits, prunes) with vanilla essence. Taste: Well-bodied, tannic and well balanced, rather intense and persistent.

Production: Vinification: Delicate stalk-stripping and crushing. Maceration-fermentation for 15 days.

Food Combination: Salami, rich main courses, meat and cheese.
