Description: The color is straw yellow with a golden sheen. The fragrance is elegant and refined. The bouquet is rich, complex and fresh, with good persistence. The finish is long and pleasant. From cultivation to brewing to maturation, every detail expresses the splendor of an autochthonous variety.

Production: Manual harvesting in the second half of September. The grapes are de-stemmed and soft-pressed. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel. Aged first in steel, and afterwards in used (second generation) barriques.

Food Combination: Appetizers, pasta, white meat dishes, fish dishes, vegetable dishes, pies and dried fruit.
