Description: Warm, with a remarkable structure of soft tannins and a very persistent rich final

Production: Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate at a temperature of 18-22° C, by performing repeated pumping for 7 -10 days, followed by racking and pressing of the pomace. The must obtained completes the fermentation at a controlled temperature in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Aging: After malolactic fermentation, it’s racked with subsequent aging in steel for 15 months and then for 5 months in used (second generation) barrique.
