Description: This intense Chardonnay has a straw yellow colour with golden shades and expresses surprising notes of apricot, orange blossom and grapefruit.

Production: Soil:Chardonnay prefers clayey soils. Harvest:Beginning of August. Vinification:Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the ageing is made in steel tanks and then in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Food Combination: It enhances spaghetti with seafood salad and is perfect with cuttlefish ink spaghetti.
