Description: With an intense purple red colour, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon expresses marked notes of sage, rosemary and blueberries.

Production: Soil:Cabernet Sauvignon prefers clayey soils. Harvest:Second week of September. Vinification:Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the ageing is made in steel tanks and then in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Food Combination: It enhances meat stews and roasted meat and is perfect with vegetables croquettes.
