Description: This fragrant Grillo has a deep yellow colour with greenish shades and inebriates with intense notes of citrus fruits, honey and orange blossom.

Production: Soil:Grillo prefers medium-textured soils. Harvest:Beginning of August. Vinification:Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the ageing is made in steel tanks and then in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Food Combination: It enhances grilled vegetables and is perfect with Caesar salad.
