Description: With a brilliant ruby red colour, this Nero d’Avola is long lasting and offers marked hints of ripe cherry and plum.

Production: Soil:Nero d’Avola prefers medium-textured and limestone soils. Harvest:Between the end of August and the beginning of September. Vinification:Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, the ageing is made in steel tanks and then in the bottle for at least 3 months.

Food Combination: It enhances aged cheeses and red meats and is perfect with aubergine caponata.
