Description: Aroma of lifted lime, honeysuckle and river stone. This wine has several years of age and so is now showing beautiful aromatics of an older Riesling.

Production: Waihopai Valley - alluvial stony silt loam, very well drained. Fruit was harvested from our 3 Riesling Blocks on the Waihopai Valley site over a period of 3 weeks. Harvested at peak ripeness, tank fermented and matured for 3 years prior to bottling.
