Description: Aroma: Grapefruit, lime zest, passionfruit. Palate:Dry with a vibrant acid tension, there is a sweet fruit character showing the classic Marlborough interplay of tropical fruits, citrus and zesty currant and guava flavours.

Production: Harvested predominantly in the cool of early morning, gentle juice extraction, and pressing under inert gas. Cool settled and mainly fermented in stainless steel tanks, around 6% of fermentation in oak barrels.

Food Combination: White meat fish, oysters and scallops, chicken and grilled pork with herb. Typical green taste of Sauvignon Blanc goes well with green vegetable like salad, but especially with green asparagus. Try this wine over Japanese pot cuisine (O-nabe) in winter. Citrus flavor matches well with Ponzu-sauce, also make lovely combination with spicy Korean Nabe cuisine.
