Description: Vibrant aroma of sweet berry fruits with floral notes. Fresh and lively with hints of strawberry and a long dry finish.

Production: Vineyard Waihopai Valley - alluvial stony silt loams, very well drained. Harvested at peak flavour from our estate vineyards, including Pinot Noir and Malbec. Gentle juice extraction achieved the perfect colour. The juice was then cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
