Description: This Estate Chardonnay has aromas of fresh white nectarines and notes of vanilla. Bright fruit flavors are followed by a touch of cream soda. They are complemented by a rich, round mouth feel and lingering tropical flavors. The finish is balanced with good acidity and is sure to please!

Production: Yield 7 t/ha Fermentation:in small stainless steel tanks, duration 14 days, temperature 16 degree Malolactic fermentation, in small stainless steel tanks, duration 15 to 20 days, temperature 21 degree. Aging time in bottle before release 6 months.

Food Combination: Versatile enough to pair with everything from shellfish to your favorite white meat. Perfect with steamed mussels, Dijon chicken, or enjoying a glass with a friend.
