Description: Intense ruby in the colour, fruity on the nose with notes of red berry fruits, a hint of violet. On the palate it is very well balanced, with soft tannins. Full bodied with a good persistence.

Production: Medium-long maceration. After fermentation the wine is stored in stainless steel, a portion is aged in oak barrels of 225/500 liters.

Food Combination: It goes very well with game, red meats and spicy cheese. It can be kept for 2/3 years.
