Description: Straw yellow colour and complex aroma of rose, cloves and lychees. Full on the palate with a typical bitter finish.

Production: 15 year old vines, manual harvest and non selected yest (only skin contact for 1 night). 2 vineyards. Vineyard 1: Clay soil (Helps the structure of the wine). Vineyard 2: Gravelly red soil (Helps the complexity of the flavour). Fermented in Inox is left for 6 months with it´s Lies.

Food Combination: Liver paté, sea food, oysters. Locals enjoy it with cheese (Gorgonzola) and the fresh Venetian dish called “Fritto” (fresh fried fish and fesh fried shellfish).
