Description: Intense ruby red color and a Bouquet: with a Nose of cherry, raspberry and elegant spices. The Flavor has a noteworthy tannic depth with great elegance, excellent structure with a polyphenic element making it appropriate for long aging.

Production: Elevation: around 200m Trellising: Cordon speronato Vines/ha: 5,200 Yield/ha: 70 ql Vinification:fermentation in controlled temperature stainless steel using natural yeast for 3-4 weeks, malolactic fermentation in cement . Aging Process:18 months in new(50%) second(50%) medium toast, French oak barriques; 18 months of bottle refinement.

Food Combination: Grilled/roasted red meat, game and mature cheeses, pork with porcini sauce.
