Description: Pale straw yellow color with fine perlage. Fruity wine, slightly aromatic with notes of honey, flowers and wild apples.

Production: The must is immediately separated　from the skins to enhance freshness and fragrance. The wine is then placed in pressure tanks in contact with selected yeast for 30 days at a temperature of 18°C. It is cooled at -4°C for 8-10 days to stabilize and then filtered and bottled.

Food Combination: Excellent as aperitif, it is delicious with appetizers, delicate dishes and fish in general.
