Description: This is the perfect blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. Where Nerello Mascalese adds gentle fruit and moderate structure, the Nerello Cappuccio contributes color, body, and deep fruit flavor making this an aromatic and harmonious full-bodied red wine for daily consumption and special occasions.

Production: Organic Wine: Inspecting body authorised by Mi.P.A.A.F. IT BIO 008. Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and then allowed to ferment on the skins for about ten days. During skin contact, the wine is briefly pumped over the cap. Maturation: When malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine matures in steel and medium-sized oak barrels, and then in bottle

Food Combination: pairs well with appetizers, pasta dishes, baked entrees, meats and also dessert.
