Description: Great intensity and thickness are the first things you will notice from this dark, ruby-colored wine. The wine’s appearance is deep and velvety and its aromas recall black fruit, chocolate, almonds and coffee grounds. This wine is a blend of the six most representative authoctonous grape varietals growing in Apulia. Our aim is to contain and deliver the whole region in one glass.

Production: Harvest: By hand into crates, starting in the first days of September for the Primitivo, usually ending in mid October with Negroamaro.VinificationTechnique: The healthy ripe grapes are crushed and fermented in small containers at uniform, and regulated temperature. Soaking on the skins for over a month. Maceration in stainless steel tanks.Ageing: 10 months in mid toast barriques with a capacity of 2.25 hl. Ageing in the bottle: 6 months

Food Combination: Elaborated meat dishes, roasts, stewed meats and seasoned cheeses.
